Cross-Cultural Living is challenging. No matter if one is a missionary, sent abroad by one’s company for business, or contemplating settling in a new country. Many new challenges await: Language learning. Figuring out basic shopping trips. Driving. Discrete expectations that locals have. Different tasting food - and not always better. And much more. Becoming acquainted with a new culture is not always easy, and quite frankly, can be frustrating. And leaning on the experiences of previous sojourners is a must. This is where we come in. Milestone Momentum aims to empower individuals and organizations to move forward with confidence, regardless of the cross-cultural challenges that await the traveler.
INTERCULTURAL [ˌin(t)ərˈkəlCH(ə)rəl] - involving or relating to different cultures, emphasizing interaction, dialogue, and understanding between cultures, rather than just having multiple cultures coexisting (multicultural) or comparing them (cross-cultural).
COACHING [kOH-chIng] - a partnership where a professional guides individuals (coachees) to unlock their potential and achieve specific personal or professional goals through thought-provoking questions, support, and accountability, focusing on future growth rather than past issues like therapy.

Coach Daniel is the founder of Milestone Momentum. His expertise and experience stem from decades of living and ministering in four different countries; he has mastered three languages and gained valuable insights into life in Europe, Latin America, the Pacific Islands, and the USA. His coaching and teachings focus on organizational leadership, intercultural living, and sharing ministry tools. He enjoys exploring questions about God, faith, and life.
